How might we
improve remote research process and
inspire new methodologies through emerging technology?

User Flow
After we finish interviews, we understand the current qualitative research process.
We find out that the process is very tedious and requires constant repetition.
At this stage, we refine the user flow.
The user flow of our solution will accelerate qualitative research by providing an option that user researchers can conduct contextual research via emerging technology.
We named it "Hybrid Research".
Ideation
We used affinity diagram to analyze design insights. On top of that, we generated user flow and web work flow of our proposed solutions.
Wireframe
We conducted cognitive walkthrough to evaluate and upgrade our initial wireframe.
